Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy

1. Intro

    • This website uses cookies to help make it a better experience to use it.
    • By using our website and agreeing to this policy, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy.
    • We are always working on improving the website experience and functionality, so we advise that you refer to this policy on a regular basis as it may have been updated since your last visit. The last date this policy was updated will be shown at the bottom of this page.

  1. What are cookies?
    • A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
    • Cookies may be either “persistent” cookies or “session” cookies. A persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date. A session cookie will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed.
    • Cookies can be used by web servers to identify and track users as they navigate different pages on a website and identify users returning to a website.

  1. Our cookies
    • We use both session and persistent cookies on our website.
    • Currently the cookies we are using are tools that are essential to provide the basic functionality of the website. This includes identity verification and site security. For this reason opt out is not available for these basic tools.
    • However in future we may be looking to include additional tools, for example to do with analytics and support. At anytime in the development process we will be looking for ways to improve how you can manage our use of cookies according to your preference.
